Dr. Mullaney has been teaching at Framingham State University since the fall of 2008, primarily in the MSN program teaching the leadership concentration courses and a few of the core courses.  护理 education has been her focus for the past 35 years, and she also worked in staff development at Framingham Union Hospital (FUH) for 5 years.  在此之前，Dr. Mullaney was an assistant nurse manager on a surgical floor at FUH. Dr. Thomas has been a nurse educator for fifteen years. Her experience includes teaching at the associate, baccalaureate and graduate levels. She is certified as a nurse educator through the National League of 护理. Her research and publications are in the area of resilience in pre-licensure nursing students. Her clinical background includes specializing in pediatric hematology and oncology as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. She also practiced as a pediatric primary care provider for over a decade.
